About Us
This blog is written and maintained by me, Andreas Wienke. I am a local realtor and expert for the Sammamish and surrounding areas. My family and I moved here in September of 2006. I have 2 boys, who visit the public schools here in Sammamish. My 13 yr old, Max, is in 8th grade at Inglewood Junior High (IJH) and my 10 yr old, Moritz is in his “last” year of elementary school of Samantha Smith Elementary in the Cimarron Neighborhood. He is as fortunate as his older brother to have Ms. Henderson as his teacher.
My wife works at a local software company which was founded several decades ago by Bill Gates. She is in the Sammamish / Issaquah campus and hence has a very short commute.
